Courses & Training
We offer a number of robust training courses, ideal for organisations and groups of individuals with an appetite to go that one step further.
Courses that we deliver include Managing Stress, Mindfulness, Self-Care, Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health Awareness and How to Meditate.
Most courses are between 4 and 6 weeks in duration, with weekly 1 hour teaching sessions, and follow up support in between to embed learning and support real change.
Staff will be equipped with practical and tangible takeaways enabling them to immediately put into action what they have learned. Our approach is evidence-based, with all teachings grounded in ‘real-life’ understanding and experience.
