We all know that we should be moving more, sitting less and generally leading a more active lifestyle.

But exercise is about far more than helping us to look our best; it is essential in regulating our feel good hormones and supporting our mental health. But life gets in the way, and often taking time to exercise falls to the bottom of our to do list. 

Well, Work Well Being are here to make it just that little bit easier to squeeze some exercise into your day, by bringing the exercise to you! Throughout Spring & Summer we’re offering a number of outdoor fitness sessions, including: 

HIIT training sessions
Yoga
Pilates
Dance
Hula-Hooping
Tai Chi
Qi Gong

All to be hosted in an outdoor space in close proximity to your office. 

We’d agree the most suitable times of day for sessions based on when is most convenient for your staff. Should showers not be available at your place of work, we’d recommend scheduling the sessions towards the end of the day, so people can return home afterwards. 

Not only do these classes provide a convenient and cost effective way for your employees to keep fit, participating in these shared experiences also creates a sense of camaraderie and teamwork.
