Join us for a weekly yoga class, here at Rocket. Suitable for beginners, and more advanced yogis alike, this series of 6 weekly classes will introduce you to the basics of yoga postures, healthy alignment and breath techniques. 

The classes will be hosted by Lucy Florence, who hosted 3 taster sessions at Rocket earlier on in the year. Lucy loves sharing the joy yoga has brought into her life with her students. Lucy’s classes are focused on finding the fun in each pose, never taking anything too seriously, and finding space in movement and meditation so that students leave feeling focused and refreshed. 

It is our firm belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical fitness or age. The benefits of yoga are significant, from improving strength & flexibility, reducing inflammation in the body, alleviating lower back pain, reducing muscle tension, perfecting posture, decreasing blood pressure, and most important of all, it makes you happier!

All mats and blocks will be provided. Simply come dressed in comfortable clothing.
