The challenges span physical activity such as our ‘Desk to 5k’ challenge or ‘10,000 Steps’, and nutrition such as ‘5 a Day’ and ‘Hydration’.
All Team Challenges are delivered by top class wellbeing experts from the Work Well Being network.
