Announcing Shake it off Summer, your first Work Well Being Takeover, taking place on 26th July
We’re thrilled to be joining you over the coming months to host a number of wellbeing takeover days at Wesleyan Head Office!
Each takeover will take on a different guiding theme, which shapes the experiences on offer, and will be jam-packed with ideas and techniques to support your health and happiness.
For this first day on 26th July we’re focusing on maximising energy levels and celebrating the joy of summer!
Below you can find out what to look out for and how to get involved - note that some of the experiences require you to sign up in advance, be quick, places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We’ll also have some extra healthy treats in store for you on the day, so keep your eyes peeled for these!

The Work Well Being Team
11am - 12pm in Boardroom 1 (7th floor)
This workshop looks at how to develop a healthy and balanced approach to eating that helps us to maximise energy throughout the day.
You’ll learn the health impact of propping ourselves up with caffeine & sugary snacks, and gain new ideas on alternative quick and healthy snacks and meals.
The workshop will be hosted by our expert nutrition duo, Ollie and Adria. Ollie is a Certified Health Coach, passionate about supporting people to develop healthier habits and live a well balanced life. Adria is a Chef and a Presenter on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
3-3.30pm / 3.45-4.15pm on the Second Floor Roof Garden
An opportunity to get spinning, shaking and shimmying! You’ll learn amazing hoop tricks that work your core, get you fit and have lots of fun doing so!
No experience or change of clothes necessary. Join us in the roof garden for one of two 30-minute sessions.
A Healthy Twist on Strawberries & Cream
12.30-3pm on the Second Floor Roof Garden
We’ll be serving up a modern & healthy twist on strawberries & cream, with Ollie & Adria showing you how to recreate a British summer classic, in a healthy way.
Swing by the roof garden anytime between 12.30 - 3pm, grab a taster sample, sit back, relax and enjoy.
