Annual Workplace Wellbeing Programmes
Our Annual Programmes are shaped uniquely for your organisation and provide opportunity to support your employees to build sustainable lasting habits and behaviour change.
We start by conducting a rigorous assessment of your needs at an organisational level via a consultation with you, plus undertake an employee wellbeing survey.
We then interpret these understandings to establish The Metrics – clear objectives for the programme against which success will be measured.
We plan one quarter at a time, enabling us to react and respond to feedback and seasonal trends. We consult with you quarterly to achieve this.
Each workshop is accompanied by a worksheet which summarises key points covered and shares interactive resources for further learning. This is accompanied by a feedback survey after every workshop for us to track enjoyment and engagement.
We create a unique identity for your wellbeing programme and take full ownership of marketing and communicating the programme to staff.
We develop a creative identity, so your programme looks & feels like your organisation. We build a marketing plan which outlines key dates for communication and provide you with a marketing pack of assets, to include printed posters & postcards and promotional e-flyers.
We build a bespoke digital portal for your programme, in- keeping with the identity, which becomes home to all programme information & content, for all staff to access.
The portal is home to the booking page with sign up function, enabling easy participation. We manage all sign ups including diary invites & reminders. The portal acts as a content library for your programme, housing all Toolkits, providing a valuable resource for all staff to refer back to
