To have better awareness and understanding of how to reach, communicate with and resonate with eclectic consumers.
Beyond the workplace, it is important to understand the impact of our own subconscious bias, which we all have. In this thought-provoking and interactive session, we will sensitively explore memes around race, stereotypes, subconscious bias and prejudice, looking at these across a number of minority groups including race, LGBT+, language and disability. We will explore political correctness, language and discover why learning to better communicate with a diverse population is important now more than ever.
