Everything is built on relationships, and the key to fostering good relationships is communication. Our ability to perform at peak depends on communicating well, and this means handling difficult conversations as well. 

This workshop shares how to manage those conversations without feeling overwhelmed, how to listen, and how to design alliances with people that will help you when things go wrong or bad news needs to be delivered.

The approach of this workshop is very much experiential, requiring active participation and interaction amongst the group and self-reflection.
