Setting Goals & Achieving Them

Empowers participants with the know-how to set realistic and achievable goals, and provides strategies to stay on track

New Year’s Resolutions and creating goals can be a fun process. We get to dream about the things we want to achieve and how amazing we believe it will feel when we get there. The unfortunate reality is that these goals rarely come to fruition.

This workshop will teach you how to set goals you’ll actually achieve by demonstrating how habit formation works. We will also cover process goals versus outcome goals, the importance of self-awareness, the compounding of marginal gains, how identity impact on habits and why willpower and motivation have very little to do with success

Key Outputs

  • Develops an understanding of how to set and achieve goals in multiple areas of life

  • Increases knowledge of the pattern of habit creation and how to create this

  • Builds understanding of why willpower and motivation have very little to do with success
