Teaches why self-care is a necessity, not a luxury, and how to make it happen
Nourishing ourselves goes beyond eating well and regular exercise. To flourish we need to be committed to nurturing mind and body with a dedicated self-care routine. This workshop teaches what self-care is, why it's important and how to make it happen. Participants will leave with a self-care framework with free, easy, time-efficient activities that ‘fill your cup’.
The approach of this workshop is very much experiential, requiring active participation amongst the group and self-reflection.
Can lead on to a 6-week ‘Mastering Self-Care’ programme.
