Pilates is great for improving posture & mobility, which makes it especially relevant for those of us who sit at desks for long periods of time, or find it hard to incorporate physical movement into our daily lives. This gentle session includes exercises that promote blood flow to the brain which in turn increases mental capacity and therefore productivity, leaving you invigorated for the rest of the day
The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.
