Pilates is great for improving posture & mobility, which makes it especially relevant for those of us who sit at desks for long periods of time, or find it hard to incorporate physical movement into our daily lives.
Our weekly Pilates classes introduce staff to exercises that release tension and promote blood flow to the brain which in turn increases mental capacity, leaving them feeling invigorated for the rest of the day .The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.
How it Works:
Duration: 60 minutes. Let us know your preferred day of week and time.
Location: a suitable space in your office for the class to take place, such as a boardroom.
Equipment: provide your own yoga mats, or you can hire from us for a fee.
