Weekly Yoga


It is our firm belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical fitness or age. The benefits of yoga are significant, from improving strength & flexibility, reducing inflammation in the body, alleviating lower back pain, reducing muscle tension, perfecting posture, decreasing blood pressure, and most important of all, it makes you happier!

Our weekly yoga classes introduce staff to the basics of yoga postures, healthy alignment and breath techniques. The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.

How it Works

  • Capacity: 20

  • Duration: 60 minutes. Just let us know your preferred day of week and time.

  • Location: a suitable space in your office for the class to take place, such as a boardroom.

  • Equipment: provide your own yoga mats, or you can hire from us for a fee.
