It is our firm belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical fitness or age. The benefits of yoga are significant, from improving strength & flexibility, reducing inflammation in the body, alleviating lower back pain, reducing muscle tension, perfecting posture, decreasing blood pressure, and most important of all, it makes you happier!

During this session we will introduce you to the basics of yoga postures, healthy alignment and breath techniques. The style of the class will be based on Vinyasa Flow, which coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.

As an alternative to this relatively dynamic style, we also offer Restorative Yoga, which is a therapeutic class that is meditative, slow paced, and helps balance an active lifestyle.
