Self-Reflection helps you to focus on the positive, take stock of the growth you’re making, make quality plans for the future, focus on your goals and celebrate who you are.
This workshop supports participants to kick-start a new habit of self-reflection by sharing cutting edge, and (almost) foolproof habit building techniques.
The workshop explores the benefits of journaling and self-coaching as forms of reflection and teaches why using a pen and paper makes a significant difference in a self-reflection practice and how being creative in the practice can enhance the benefits.
Participants will leave with a personalised practice that will best fit their work and life, building greater resilience and happiness.
