Women's Health & Wellbeing

Provides an understanding of the specific biological challenges that women face as we progress through life, and how to support each other in being at our best.

As women, there are specific biological challenges that we face as we progress through life, to say nothing of the hidden societal constraints that we must recognise and negotiate in order to fulfil our potential.

The feeling of being under too much pressure seems to be an integral part of working life these days. There is a lot we can do to make sure that we succeed in the way we want and take care of our own wellbeing. A few well placed tweaks can have a profound impact on how we feel about ourselves, how we express ourselves in the world and how we move towards personal and professional fulfilment. “

The workshop gives participants the opportunity for new learning, insights and perspectives, boosting a shared understanding of the challenges we face and how we can support each other in being at our best.
