Being at our Best, Together

The success of any enterprise reflects and is influenced by the wellbeing of its people.

Our collective ability to work well together is fundamental to optimal performance. Yet as individuals we may find that the pace and pressure of work and life today can lead us to feel stressed, anxious and inadequate which impacts our responsiveness to those around us and impacts alignment and how we get things done.

This workshop focuses on sharing practical tips and exercises to improve how we stay connected with ourselves, with others and with a sense of perspective of the bigger picture. The workshop looks at stress and resilience, both of which can be misunderstood, examining the implications of stress left unchecked.

Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of the important interpersonal factors that facilitate working well together to maximise outcomes and support positive wellbeing.
