Rest & Reset - Guided Meditation
Provides opportunity to experience calm and relaxation via meditation
Meditation is a way to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing, a clear and calm mind and better manage stress.
During this guided meditation practice, the intention is simply to support staff to Rest & Reset - stepping away from the business of their day, and into stillness. Unlike many of our Signature Workshops where active participation and listening is required, this Rest & Reset session demands nothing of people, other than inviting them to step into relaxation.
The 45 minute guided meditations are designed to support staff in relaxing, releasing tension and breathing mindfully, so that they return to the desk feeling lighter, calmer and re-energised. No experience is necessary
This session works well as a follow up to our ‘How to Meditate’ workshop, which provides staff with an understanding of what meditation is and an introduction to the experience. Our Rest & Reset meditations work particularly well as an ongoing series, providing regular opportunity for staff to experience calm and relaxation.
