Time to Talk
Sessions will take place on the 2nd April and the 8th April - appointments available all day.
From time to time, we all need a safe space to let off steam, talk about challenges or concerns, and feel truly listened to.
In your 45 min 'Time to Talk' session with Dr Barbara Mariposa , you’ll have an impartial and completely confidential space to check in with yourself, access an unbiased sounding board and look for ways forward.
As a medical doctor and wellbeing mentor, Dr. B has many years’ experience working with people from all walks of life including CEO’s, students, creatives, managers and staff.
Time to Talk is open to everyone at all levels of the organisation. The sessions offer a safe neutral space in which solutions can emerge and simple take-away wellbeing tools explored.
The sessions are booked anonymously and are completely confidential. We recommend you book early to guarantee your place.
