Wellbeing at Mindshare
Looking after yourself, and ensuring your wellbeing is your number 1 priority, can be difficult and we want to help you focus on it. We have created a tailored programme of monthly workshops to help you take care of your physical, mental and emotional health and to satisfy your sense of purpose.
The workshops will take place on a monthly basis and you can sign up for the next three months in advance. Look out for emails detailing what’s on offer and sign up below to book your space. We will be asking for your feedback after each workshop and using this to help tailor the next three months of workshops.
We hope that you will be inspired by the programme and that it supports you to feel, work and live well.
