As we begin to re-emerge, and perhaps transition back to the workplace, WWB Founder Louise Padmore takes stock of what the pandemic has taught us about work and its impact on our wellbeing and shares practical suggestions for building our workplaces anew.


Easing back to the workplace

Anxieties about a return to the workplace are natural, it represents yet another change to our way of life. We’ve designed this 1 hour workshop to help better understand and normalise those concerns, and share simple and pragmatic actions we can take to support ourselves during the transition back to the workplace.
