Information you provide to us: a) The Site includes a form for you to fill in when you register with us that may include your name and email address. b) The Site will allow you to post comments and reviews about our content and service in our “Comments Box”. Please note that this information will be public in the Site and that you are entirely responsible for it (User-Generated Content).

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

When you schedule an appointment by booking on this website, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your:

3.2. Automatically collected information: Like other online companies, WWB automatically collects certain information whenever you access or use our Site. This information may include the browser and operating system you use, internet service provider (ISP), time and date stamps, the URL or advertisement that referred you to the Site, clickstream data and other information that browsers commonly share with websites. We may combine this type of information for marketing purposes, statistics as well as to improve the Site functionality, the services we offer to you and analyse trends.

This automatically collected information also includes your computer Internet Protocol (IP) address and other similar addresses or unique device identifier from the device you used whenever you access the Site.

A Device Identifier is a number that is assigned automatically to the device (may be a computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) you use to access the Site. This information is never shared with third parties and is kept just for a temporary period.

5.2. Employees, Third-Party Processors and Third-Party Service Providers: We may disclose personal information to our employees, contractors, distributors and dealers who process personal information on our behalf or collaborate with us in the functionality of the Site.

5.3. Anonymous Information: We may use an anonymous IP address to analyse traffic in the Site and to help diagnose and solve problems with our server and administer the Site. We may share traffic and transactions information with third parties as business partners and advertisers on an anonymous basis.

6. Legal basis for collecting and using your information

If you create an account with us, our legal basis for processing your personal information is that it is necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and us.

If you contact us, sign up to receive e-mails from us, or simply browse the Site, our legal basis for processing your personal information is that we have a legitimate interest in administering and monitoring the Site, for analysis and research by our group, promoting our business and responding to queries.

7. How do we store your data?

All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR).

WWB ensures that employees, agents, sub-contractors, or other parties working on behalf of WWB are fully aware of both their individual responsibilities and the Company’s responsibilities under the regulation and under this Policy, and shall be provided with a copy of this Policy. Only employees, agents, sub-contractors, or other parties working on behalf of the Company that need access to, and use of, personal data in order to carry out their assigned duties correctly shall have access to personal data held by the Company.

We store the personal data you provide us when scheduling an appointment within Squarespace, our scheduling service provider.

When you purchase a subscription to our online learning content, all information gathered on the Site is securely stored through our service provider Kajabi (Kajabi LLC, a California Limited Liability Company), which complies with European privacy laws, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and serves as a data importer and data processor according to the Standard Contractual Clauses. Kajabi uses appropriate technical, administrative and organizational measures to ensure a level of confidentiality and security suitable to the risks represented by the processing and the nature of personal information and to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal information, including but not limited to measures against accidental loss, disclosure, damage to or destruction of personal information. Kajabi has also obtained third-party certifications and audits demonstrating compliance with industry standard data security frameworks.

We also take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, theft, alteration, unauthorized access and misuse. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet and online digital storage are not 100% secure and WWB cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Site, therefore all transmissions of information are at your own risk. Some of our security measures we take include: i) Ensuring the integrity of our devices with passwords and encryption. ii) Ensuring the physical security of our Headquarters. iii) Limiting the personal information access only to the employees who need it for the purpose of their work with our company.

Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology; all payment data is stored by the corresponding payment processor and is never stored on ours or our service providers’ servers.

Where you have created a password that enables you to access your account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We recommend that you not share your password and that you change it frequently.

WWB would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access: You have the right to request our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification: You have the right to request that our Company corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request our Company to complete information you think is incomplete.

11. User-generated content

You warrant and agree that, while using the Site, you shall not upload, post or transmit to the Site, or distribute or otherwise publish through the Site, any materials that: (a) are protected by third party copyright, or other proprietary or intellectual property right; (b) are unlawful, threatening, hateful, tortious, defamatory, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, harassing, profane, obscene, vulgar or that contain explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), (c) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site, (d) constitute or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

Although WWB may from time to time monitor or review, postings and comments on the Site, WWB is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any used-generated content on the Site nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any such information.

11.2. You agree that if you include a link from any other website to the Site, such link shall open in a new browser window. You agree not to link from any other website to this Site in any manner such that the Site, or any page of the Site, is "framed," surrounded or obfuscated by any third-party content, materials or branding. WWB reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with WWB's defense of such claim.
