Workplace wellbeing champion training
Equip wellbeing champions with the skills and confidence to support a healthier workplace culture.
Wellbeing champion training for sustainable wellbeing
Wellbeing Champions act as advocates for wellbeing within your organisation, helping to promote initiatives, encourage conversations and connect colleagues to appropriate support.
Our comprehensive training equips Champions with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence they need to fulfil the role effectively.
But training is only one part of creating a successful network. Champions also need clarity about their role, appropriate boundaries and the right support around them. As part of our approach, we help you consider what needs to be in place and tailor the programme to reflect your organisation, people and existing wellbeing provision.
Your wellbeing champions will:
Amplify awareness: Promote wellbeing initiatives and encourage participation across different teams and areas of the organisation.
Act as ‘ears on the ground’: Help employee experiences and emerging wellbeing needs to be heard, without compromising individual confidentiality.
Lead by example: Model realistic, healthy working practices and encourage others to consider their own wellbeing.
Offer a safe first conversation: Listen without judgement and create space for colleagues to talk about their wellbeing.
Connect and guide: Help employees understand and access the appropriate internal or external support available to them.
Wellbeing Champions are not expected to diagnose, counsel or take responsibility for resolving another employee’s difficulties. Clear boundaries help protect both Champions and the colleagues they support.
