This workshop will lead you through your day from start to finish, identifying common stress points and proactively building a toolkit of small healthy habits, boosting your mood, energy and performance.

We share rituals to start your day with zest and purpose and practices you can weave into your day to help you focus, lift your mood and beat fatigue. We also look at methods to draw your working day to a close and wind down for the evening.

We explore the psychology of making healthy habits and the principles to creating sustainable change. This includes connecting with your ‘why’ to help galvanise when curveballs hit.
