Thank you for the excellent live session you delivered. I found it very useful and believe it’s so important for companies to be raising awareness in the workplace for both those that are experiencing mental health challenges and supporting others. It really only opened my eyes to mental health when struggling the last couple of years despite having seen close family struggle with their own mental health. The stigma remains but do feel there is a positive change with more acceptance, understanding and empathy which your workshop helps to bring about.
