Our Wellbeing Workshops are designed to empower staff with the insight and tools to make positive changes to enhance their health and wellbeing.
All workshops are designed with and delivered by our core team of Associates - leaders in their field, with deep experience and a commitment to making a lasting difference.

What’s Included?
All workshops take place at your office, or alternatively can be delivered as a webinar, and can include a live stream to other locations.
Each workshop includes as standard a Workshop Toolkit, reinforcing key points covered and sharing resources for further learning to inspire continued development.
Workshops are 60 mins in duration and delivery is suitable for up to a maximum of 25 people, however we are able to accommodate larger groups if required.

Examines our relationship with alcohol and how to have a more conscious approach to drinking
Examines the relationship between nutrition and emotions, to support feeling more balanced and grounded
Demystifies the truth about sugar dependency and consumption and ways to make better food choices.
One-to-one appointments with a nutritional therapist to explore health goals and develop a personal plan to achieve these

Explores what might be holding us back from achieving our goals and allows for the development of a clear action plan
Explores the prevalence and uncertainly of change and provides strategies to allow us to cultivate a more positive response
Provides an understanding of personal leadership style to enable individuals to lead with greater presence and impact
Explores how to break away from distraction and constant stimulation, and how to live and work with greater calm, ease and focus.
Explores the importance of forming positive boundaries with technology and shares strategies for achieving this
Provides an understanding of how to develop the skill of resilience in order to bounce back more quickly
