This workshop helps participants define what’s most important to them and facilitates the commitment to make it happen.

Learn the latest research from Positive Psychology on how to make goals that work for you and ways of articulating your values that galvanise you into action.

Participants have the chance to experience the 7 steps of goal setting, identifying potential barriers and ways to overcome them, forming their own personalised action plan. The goals may be related to work or personal life or a combination of both.

Participants will also learn how to break the habit of self-sabotage and develop strategies to beat the inner critic.
