This workshop is designed to support participants in finding or reconnecting with their motivation to move and share practical strategies to immediately begin to make positive change to benefit overall health and wellbeing.


Beat the Desk - Healthy Sitting Habits


Delivered by a leading physiotherapist, this workshop shares some of the common postural errors made when seated, in order to reduce any pain and discomfort and boost performance and wellbeing.


Movement Snacks


Movement Snacks is a way to reintroduce natural movement into busy lives. We share breath-led mobility and posture resets for tension release, micro-movements to reduce aches and improve focus and playful, energising exercises to shift mood and state.


Yoga


Our yoga classes introduce staff to the basics of yoga postures, healthy alignment and breath techniques. The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.
