Leading Yourself Through Change and Uncertainty

Change is a constant part of working life. Whether driven by restructuring, new technology, shifting priorities or personal transitions, uncertainty can affect wellbeing, confidence and performance.

Organisations have a responsibility to communicate clearly, involve and support their people, and manage change thoughtfully. Alongside this organisational responsibility, employees can benefit from developing the skills that help them navigate uncertainty and look after themselves throughout periods of transition.

This highly interactive training helps participants understand their personal responses to change and develop the mindset, awareness and practical skills to respond with greater confidence, resilience and adaptability. Through reflective exercises, practical tools and group discussion, they apply the learning to the changes they are experiencing and create a personalised plan for moving forward.
