Navigating Change & Uncertainty

Periods of change and uncertainty are an inevitable part of working life. Whether driven by organisational change, new leadership, evolving technology or shifting priorities, uncertainty can affect how we think, feel and perform at work.

Overview

This interactive session explores the psychology of change, helping participants understand why periods of transition can trigger stress, reduce confidence and make it harder to stay focused and motivated. By recognising these responses as normal and understanding what's happening in the brain and body, participants can begin to respond more deliberately and effectively.

The session introduces practical strategies to help employees focus on what they can control, build adaptability and resilience, and maintain their wellbeing whilst navigating uncertainty.

Participants will leave with a toolkit of evidence-informed techniques to help them manage change with greater confidence, remain productive through periods of transition and adapt more positively to whatever comes next.
