Women in Leadership: Resilience and Sustainable Performance

Practical skills to manage pressure, protect energy and lead with confidence.

Overview

Women in leadership and senior professional roles often balance multiple demands. Alongside delivering results, they may be supporting colleagues, managing relationships, navigating competing priorities and carrying significant mental and emotional load.

Over time, these demands can affect energy, confidence, wellbeing and performance.

This interactive training explores some of the pressures women can experience in leadership and provides practical tools to strengthen resilience, manage competing demands and maintain healthy boundaries - supporting women to lead effectively without compromising their wellbeing.
